The Due Date Wait . . . and Wait . . . and Wait
To pass the time while we wait for Harvey to decide it’s time to get the show on the road, Lindsey and I spent the weekend drywalling the garage ceiling and organizing for summer.
Everything we do now is a “could be the last ____” before Harvey arrives! We’ve had a great last supper with Mom, Dad, Katy, and Taylor at Copper Falls, and then enjoyed watching Michigan defeat Syracuse in the Final Four to advance to the National Championship game for men’s college basketball. This morning, after our last church as just a couple, we had a tasty last brunch with Peg and Dan at Patisserie Amie. Of course, it could be another week of “lasts.”
Looking ahead in non-baby news, tomorrow is the first day of Masters week – our favorite golf tournament of the year. We can never get enough of the lush green grass, limited commercial coverage, and Sunday afternoon back-nine shootout.
Have a wonderfully exciting week, and be sure to watch some golf!
